We want you and your little ones to love every Kidd and Co purchase! If something's not quite right, we're here to help.

Our Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. We offer exchanges only – no refunds or cash returns.

Exchange Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached 
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase 

How to Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. We'll guide you through the simple process and help you find the perfect replacement.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
